A boy dies of drowning

Phnom Penn: A boy was seen dead by drowning in the stream at 17:30 in the evening of 4 July in Prey Pring village, Chom Choa, Khan Dongkor.
The dead boy was Song Mengkheang,2. The neigbors said that the parents of the boy are busy and neglect that they did not take care the boy and he was drowned.
