Burning enemy's house for revenge

Saang-Kandal: Police said that a man attempted to burn his enemy's in the midnight but he was arrested when the house owner woke up and shout for help. The cruel revenge happened at 12:45 in the morning of 17 July 2007 in Saang's Krang Yov district. The owner of the house is Pon Kear, female, 47. The arrested man was Rum Lorn, 22, male.
