Died instantly with brain came out, left one seriously injured

Phnom Penh: A truck contains with gasoline violently crashed two passengers rode motor, FINO, on the same direction. The scene was occurred on 20 November, at around 10.45am while the two victims were riding their motor. Later the truck tried to speed up, then it hit the motor which caused the rider’s brain, Touch Rom Chek, 19, came out and died instantly; left one seriously injured, his leg was broken. However, the truck driver could not be arrested because he hurriedly escaped from the scene at that time.
