Man Defrocked after cheating 300$

Phnom Penh: Russey Keo district police on Tuesday arrested a 36-year-old man after he disguised himself as a monk and cheated a man of more than 300 USD. He is from Trapang Sre village, Trapang Sre commune, Prey Veng province’s Mesang district. Police sent him to their inspection to be questioned. In front of police, he confessed that he was not a real monk. However, he used to enter monkhood for around six years in a pagoda in Prey Veng.
