Plan for regulation during Water Festival

Phnom Penh: A Meeting to regulate the order for the arrival of Water Festival was held in Police Military Headquarter on 16 November, 2007. Due to the plan, there are about 3,141 police officers and police militaries that will deploy under their own directions in order to maintain the order of Phnom Penh city during three days of Water Festival.
