Small Brother Kills Older Brother

Kampot Province: Two siblings, both are psychopath, attacked each other, causing the older brother died in pool blood in Kampot province’s Kampong Trach district. No body knows the specific time of the attacking because they lived in a cottage with each other.
Kampong Trach police chief concluded that the argument happened around 5am on July 25, 2007 because the blood of the victim is fresh. The perpetrator, small brother, known as Tous Touch, 47, and the victim, older brother, Tous Som, 49. The perpetrator was arrested after that.
