The 1st driving test for motorbikes and 3-wheel vehicles

Batam Bong: Department of public work and transportation opened the 1st driving test for motorbikes and 3-wheel vehicles on 7, August 2007 for 115 candidates. The reason of requiring motorbikes'driving license is related to safty and reduce traffic accident. In the nation wide, most Batam Bong's traffic accident was caused by motorbikes about 73-80% which killed people about 80% because lacking of helmet. The new on land traffic regulation started from Chally that require license.
