The 4 arrested teens released

Kean Svay-Kandal: 4 gangs were arrested on 17 July by Kean Svay police and monks when they are drunk and destroyed the video games. The 4 gangsters ranges from 17 to 20 years old. The video game owners is Su Sean, 24 living in Kean Svay. In the evening of 17 July, while the 4 teens were playing video game, the owner asked them to stop playing. Angry with the video game's owner, the 4 teens broke the video game. Then they were arrested. The 4 were released on 18 July 2007 after paying money to the police.
